Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Lazer Made, every product is custom-crafted with care. Because of the personalized nature of our work, we’ve created a fair and transparent returns policy to protect both our customers and our craft.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the custom engraving on each item, all sales are final. Once an order is placed and customization is confirmed, we begin production. For this reason, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on personalized items unless there was an error on our part.
For non-custom items (i.e., products purchased exactly as displayed on our website with no customization), we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our end, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We’re happy to offer a replacement or refund if:

Return Shipping Responsibility
If a return is approved, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error or damage caused by Lazer Made. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for returned items lost in transit.
Cancellations & Order Changes
Because we start working on your custom product shortly after your order is placed, we are unable to accept cancellations or changes once production has started. If you need to update your order, please reach out within 12 hours of placing it, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
